Physical CDs will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed. Digital sheet music is made available as a PDF following confirmation of payment; it is not sent as a physical item. The operator must confirm whether the PDF will be delivered by email, via a download link, or both, and must publish the estimated delivery time.

Payment is to be made in accordance with the confirmed invoice or a manual bank transfer instruction. Bank transfers may take several days. Stripe is an optional integration and will remain deactivated until the setup and payment verification have been tested. The PayPal option on the previous website does not constitute an active payment gateway on this new website.

The previous website stated that postage was free within Switzerland. The text regarding international postage quoted CHF 6, whilst the country table listed CHF 5. These conflicting amounts must be clarified by the website operator; neither of these amounts is a confirmed postage rate on the new website. The previous commitment to send sheet music by email within 24 hours of payment must also be confirmed before it is used again.

Prior to publication, the applicable delivery charges, supported delivery countries, estimated delivery times and the handling of any import duties must be specified. Payment terms, return and refund conditions, business and returns addresses, as well as the procedure for missing or damaged deliveries, must be confirmed.
