Use the forms for concerts, events and lessons to submit an enquiry. Suggested lesson times are preferences only and do not constitute confirmed bookings. A booking requires personal confirmation and an agreement regarding the service, price and the relevant terms and conditions. Terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling and payments must be communicated and agreed upon before the booking is finalised.

The shop offers physical CDs and digital sheet music in PDF format. An order confirmation does not in itself constitute either receipt of payment or completion of delivery. Payment is to be made in accordance with the confirmed invoice or bank transfer instructions. The optional Stripe payment method remains deactivated until it has been set up and verified. Please do not submit any card or e-banking login details via an enquiry form.

Before sales commence, the operator must confirm when an order becomes binding, specify the applicable prices and tax regulations, and set out payment deadlines, countries of delivery and delivery charges, delivery times, cancellation and refund policies, and the permitted use of purchased sheet music. This information must be available before the purchase is finalised. This draft does not contain a blanket exclusion of refunds and does not restrict rights under applicable law.
